5G-Blueprint - On our way to remotely automated transport in logistics.

Verbrugge International is proud to be one of the participants in the '5G Blueprint' consortium. In concrete terms, it investigates how real-time data exchange to and from feed and vessels, terminals and power stations, and the remote control and support of, for example, trucks and boats, can contribute to greater efficiency in the logistics chain.

This project, coordinated by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, has received a grant of EUR 10 million from the European Horizons 2020 Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon 2020. The project will start on 1 September and will run for 3 years.
