ISPS | International Ship and Port facility Security
ISPS (International Ship and Port Security) requires every visitor to one of our terminals to register at least 24 hours in advance via our website.
- You are visiting as ship/vessel or have a delivery for a ship/vessel.
- You are a visitor, agent, contractor, surveyor, or you need to perform other work at one of the terminals.
- You are visiting, contracted or have a delivery for the Scaldia Noord project site.

Please note:
- Identification with a passport or identity card is required.
- A driver's license, copy of a passport or a copy of an identity card are not allowed.

Safety instruction
We ask you to be aware of our safety regulations. Please follow the safety instructions on your computer, tablet or smartphone before your visit.
A short film is available to explain the safety rules at our terminals. The film is followed by a short test. After you have passed the test, you can print your certificate or send it to your email address.
Make sure you can show a valid proof of identity (ID card or passport) and a confirmation of this application when you visit the terminal.
